This Agreement is for two people who are divorcing and would like to be clear on the settlement terms.
This form is for divorces where the parties acquired marital assets and/or liabilities during the marriage, AND agree to how they will be divided said assets/liabilities.
This Agreement also contains a Parenting Plan which resolves all issues relating to the minor children.
IT DOES NOT include child support guidelines to determine the child support amount, as each State is different; however, IT DOES include a provision related to child support.
